With two spacious living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, there’s plenty of room for your group to unwind and enjoy their time together. Both living rooms feature a cozy fireplace, perfect for warm and relaxing evenings.
The downstairs living area, connected to a fully equipped kitchen, includes a large dining table that comfortably seats up to 16 guests. The beautiful marble flooring adds an elegant touch, while the seaside-inspired interior brings a relaxed bohemian atmosphere to the home—offering all the comfort you need for a perfect holiday by the ocean.

The upstairs terrace features a small dining table and several lounge chairs, all overlooking the stunning ocean panorama. At the heart of the house, a traditional patio provides a peaceful spot to read, relax, and unwind. From here, a staircase leads to the spacious rooftop terrace, where you can take in spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
On the ground level, the pool area includes 10 loungers, umbrellas, and comfortable shaded seating areas. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a large outdoor dining space, and a bbq area perfect for shared meals outside.
At the lowest level of the property, a big wooden deck awaits, complete with a sauna and a cozy seating area surrounded by the lush garden, a serene retreat to escape and recharge.
The Villa offers a total of nine beautifully decorated, luxurious bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and flexibility. Seven of the rooms feature private ensuite bathrooms and can be arranged with either a king-size double bed or two twin beds, depending on your preference. Two of these rooms can also be configured with three single beds. Each of the seven ensuite rooms is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant stay in every season.
Two of the bedrooms offer stunning ocean views and include private balconies, creating the perfect setting for a truly relaxing stay. The two remaining rooms share one bathroom and each feature a 150 x 200 cm bed. They are equipped with a fan for cooling and are ideal for single travellers or couples.
All bathrooms include a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo for your convenience. We are happy to prepare the beds exactly as you prefer at the time of booking, and foldable baby beds are available upon request—just let us know in advance.

Our 12m x 5m pool is perfect for swimming laps or cooling off after a day of surfing or exploring the beach. Relax and enjoy the ocean views from one of the 10 loungers or 4 comfortable bean bags surrounding the pool area.
